CAD Design

CAD, or Computer Aided Drafting, is a system that allows us to create two and three dimensional drawings allowing you to see what an area will look like prior to your furniture purchase/installation. The floor plan of your office is drawn to scale including doors, windows, columns and other existing structures. This is especially useful to clients who are building multiple stations or offices with unusual features or dimensions.

Proper planning allows for walkways and egresses that pass ADA (American Disabilities Act) and local building codes. 

We gladly supply drawings showing recommended electrical/voice/data drops for your stations based on the furniture layout. MTA can coordinate all phases of your work scope with your other contractors.
