Glenn Marthens is the principal with Milton Terry Associates, Inc., a Commercial Interiors firm selling New & Pre-owned office furniture.
Glenn, a Stockton graduate joined Milton Terry Associates in 1983. In 1986, he purchased Milton Terry Associates and began to put into motion the transformation from a retail establishment with multiple locations, to a Commercial Dealership specializing in design and relocation management services for small and mid-sized corporations.
Glenn is extremely active in the community as a member of the Sussex and Morris County Chambers of Commerce. He has been a Jefferson Township Planning Board Member for 5 years, Chapter President of
LeTip of Morris County and holds his NJ Real Estate License since 2003. Glenn is also an advocate of sustainable design, is a current member of the US Green Building Council and has received his LEED AP certification.
Glenn has also co-founded Green-By-Design, a semi-annual NJ Regional Conference & Trade Show. Green-by-Design was conceived in 2006 by 3 business partners who wanted to provide a source of education, product awareness, and networking to the A&D Community and Building Industry trades demonstrating how "green" design is not only good for the environment, but also good for business.
