This project involved a major renovation and addition of space to our client's current facility in Roseland, NJ. In addition to coordinating with the other trades involved on the project, we prepared a plan to minimize the client's down time during this transition period of a year and a half. Milton Terry's team created a plan to reconfigure, move and furnish areas by department, in phases to allow business to progress as usual with minimal disruption.
